Who is this for?

Men and women who are done guessing and want a fully custom plan with a coach in their corner. If you'll do the work week to week and want training and nutrition built around your real life, you're a fit. If you're looking for a quick fix or a generic template, you're not.

How much time does it take each week?

Your training is built around the days and time you actually have, not an ideal week that never happens. Most people train three to five sessions a week. The weekly 1:1 check-in takes a few minutes. The plan flexes to your schedule, your schedule does not flex to the plan.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program is built around the equipment you have access to, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or minimal kit. Tell me what you've got and the training is designed to fit it. The principles work the same either way.

I'm a beginner. Or I'm advanced. Will it work?

Both. Everything is fully custom, so the plan starts where you are. Beginners get clear structure and the fundamentals done right. More advanced lifters get programming that pushes past the plateau they've been stuck on. The weekly check-in means it keeps adjusting as you progress.

What about nutrition. Do I have to count calories?

No calorie counting. Nutrition is animal-based and built around real food and real life, so you can follow it without weighing every meal or living in a tracking app. It's structured enough to get results and simple enough to actually stick to long term.
